Disclaimer I have not tried all the companies. I have tried some. It's recommended that you have a "junk" email that you can use just for surveys. For example surveys@mysite.com  This way you can keep a separate folder for your surveys. Now some surveys offer you membership fees. Some are free. Some offer you trades and other offers cash. Some deal with paypal others send you a check or they deal with clickbank which sends out checks.

You just have to go through and decide which ones you like best. If you decide you don't want to do it anymore than just cancel the junk email. Or you can go to that company and unsubscribe.
